In your role within OT connectivity you will support the project team, siteplant owner with designprovisioning of OT networksinfrastructure to enable digitalization at the interface between ITOT. You will support reliablesecure developmentimplementation of OT connectivity services at site, as well as an efficient collaboration within the global product teamglobal regional BASF service units in both project delivery as well as ongoing servicesupport.
Main Tasks
1. You collectevaluate customer specific, technicaloperational requirements regarding IP based communication networksIT infrastructuredevelop customer specific implementation concepts based on our solution portfolio.
2.You run implementation activitiesfulfillment of customer requests in close collaboration with our operational service providers.
3.You support evaluationdevelopment of concepts regarding the use of industrial networksIT infrastructure services in production, technical services, laboratorylogistics.
4.In addition, you support constant exchangealignment with our regional business partners.
5.Furthermore you act in project teams, support technologyservice developmentrun regional roll outs of services to sitesplants.
Requirements
1.University degree in IT, engineeringan equivalent qualification.
2.Experience in consultingplanning of IP networks.
3.Sound knowledge of new communication protocols, -service-technologies in the context of IIot, Industry 4.0network technology.
4.You preferably have experience working with automation technology at the interface between ITOTor in the administration, management of clientserver infrastructure.
5.You possess the following functional competencies: analytical thinking, customer orientation, problem solving, team work.
6.Communication skills in English.
7.You are keen on innovations in digitalizationcommunication technology.
