岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completionwould be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide,will be built into a role model for smart manufacturingsustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologiesapplying the highest safety standards.
Main Tasks
- Develop maintenance management strategy.
- Develop preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance life cycle planshort-term periodic plan as well as effective inspection & test regime.
- Provide technicianscontractors training to implement inspection, test, calibration,maintenance.
- Leadingcoordinating production, reliability center to define, evaluate, predict, improve,validate site E&I metrics via various programsactivities such as performancecondition review, root cause failure analysis, troubleshooting.
- Follow BASF continues improving process to optimize sustainability lifecycle management, cost management.
- Developharmonize instrument management procedures, guideline,work instructions.
- Act as focus interface between BIGMIV to coordinate life cycle service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degreeabove in automation, instrument, electrical.
- Working Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in petrochemical maintenance.
- Familiarity with the basic investigation toolstechniques like RCM, RBM, FMEA is an added value.
- Familiar with E&I GB codes, SIS engineering, design,application.
- Familiar with field instruments, automatic valves, control systems.
- Communicationcollaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbalwritten.
